What is the Dine In by Hyatt Programme? |

The Dine In by Hyatt programme is a loyalty programme, in which members collect rewards on their membership account when using participating restaurants and bars at Hyatt hotels situated in Dubai.
Dine In by Hyatt rewards can be redeemed for certificates, which can be used towards part or full payment of your total bill in participating restaurants or bars.
The Dine In by Hyatt Member must reach an accumulated spend of AED1,800 (the equivalent of AED180 in rewards) before they are able to redeem.
The Dine In by Hyatt Card will only be accepted in selected restaurants and bars at the Hyatt hotels situated in Dubai.

Conditions of Membership |

The Dine In by Hyatt programme is the property of Grand Hyatt Dubai, Hyatt Regency Dubai and Park Hyatt Dubai, collectively referred to as the Hyatt hotels situated in Dubai.
Employees of Hyatt hotels situated in Dubai and their legal dependants are not eligible to become a member.
Signature or use of the Dine In by Hyatt card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions.
Only residents of the UAE may apply and must be over the age of 21. As a Dine In by Hyatt Member, consent is given to Grand Hyatt Dubai, Hyatt Regency Dubai and Park Hyatt Dubai to update and retain information provided by the member on a confidential database. As a member you have agreed that any Hyatt hotel situated in Dubai may, from time to time, send you information regarding special promotions or events.

The Card |

The Dine In by Hyatt Card is issued by, and remains the property of, the Hyatt hotels situated in Dubai.
A member is entitled to have only one active card and only one card can be used per table for a maximum of 8 people.
The Dine In by Hyatt Card is not a payment or a credit card and does not entitle the holder to any benefits or entitlements other than as outlined in these terms and conditions.
The Dine In by Hyatt Card is transferable and the member must be present when dining to receive the rewards. The Dine In by Hyatt Card has a current validity of 12 months. If the Dine In by Hyatt Card is not used at least once during the year of membership then the card will not be renewed. Loss or theft of your membership card must be immediately reported to the Dine In by Hyatt Service Centre and a new card and membership number will be issued.
A valid Dine In by Hyatt Card must be presented at the time of settling your bill in the participating restaurants or bars to receive your rewards. No retro claims will be accepted unless the member has just joined the programme and has received their membership number but not their card.

The rewards can be redeemed once the member has spent an accumulated minimum of AED1,800 (equivalent of AED180 in rewards) at any participating restaurants and bars in the Hyatt hotels situated in Dubai. This is based on your total bill, excluding all taxes, service charges and applicable discounts.
Reward points must be redeemed within 12 months from when earned otherwise they will automatically expire.
The rewards certificate is fully transferable.
Rewards can be earned at participating restaurants and bars only after the card holder has presented the card and paid the restaurant / bar bill.
Vouchers, that are issued on request, cannot be returned, split or credited back to the members account. Tips cannot be included in the voucher settlement (i.e. they cannot add a tip to make up the difference.)
While redeeming the guest upon presenting the Redemption Certificate will not earn points. Only when the check is settled by cash or credit card members will earn points against his spent.
Rewards are only valid for the Dine In by Hyatt programme and cannot be combined with any other loyalty programme or any other scheme, promotion or discounts. The programme has no connection with Gold Passport.
The rewards may only be earned for charges the member is paying for at the time of using the participating restaurants or bars. Rewards cannot be earned when the bill is charged to a corporate account, charged to any in-house room or paid by someone other than the member.
Dine In by Hyatt rewards can only be redeemed in the restaurants and bars specified at the back of the rewards certificate. The reward certificate can be requested by calling the Dine In by Hyatt Service Centre open from Sunday to Thursday 9am until 6pm. The certificate can only be issued during these working hours and will be available within 5 working days. The redemption certificate cannot be sold or redeemed partly or fully for cash and is not acceptable in Room
Service, Banquets, Room Accommodation, Business Centre or Laundry. No money or credit will be given if the total bill comes to less than the certificate redeemed and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen nor can it be revalidated. If the bill comes to less than the certificate redeemed, the remaining amount cannot be used as tip.

You can earn and redeem the rewards at the following restaurants or bars at Hyatt hotels situated in Dubai, in The Grand Spa at Grand Hyatt Dubai and at Amara Spa at Park Hyatt Dubai.

Al Dawaar, Carpenters Bar, Focaccia, Hibiki Karaoke Lounge, Miyako, Shahrzad, The Bar, The Kitchen, The Lobby Lounge and The Premier
Park Hyatt Dubai
Café Arabesque, The Thai Kitchen, Traiteur, The Lounge, The Terrace and Amara Spa
Grand Hyatt Dubai
Al Nakheel Lounge, Andiamo!, Awtar, Cooz, iZ, Manhattan Grill, Panini, Peppercrab, Sushi, The Market Cafe, Vinoteca, Wox, Pool Bar and The Grand Spa.
Rewards Collection and Redemption will not be accepted in the following Restaurants or Bars
Park Hyatt Dubai – Pistache and the Pool Bar Hyatt Regency – Club Olympuss Snack Bar and Galleria Snack Bar

How to View your Points |

To view your points online, please go to dineinbyhyatt.com.
Click onto generate password then enter your Dine In by Hyatt membership number. Your password will then be e-mailed to you immediately.
If you were not successful please call the Guest Service Centre on 04 317 2122 open Sunday until Thursday 9am until 6pm. If you do not have access to the internet, please call the number above and we will give you your points update.

Termination or Modification of the Programme |

Grand Hyatt Dubai, Hyatt Regency Dubai and Park Hyatt Dubai reserve the right to modify or amend the terms and conditions of membership without notice or to terminate any membership or cancel any and all accumulated rewards.
The programme has no predetermined termination date and will continue until such time as the Hyatt hotels situated in Dubai decide to terminate the programme. On termination all outstanding rewards will be forfeited and the Dine In by Hyatt Cards cancelled.
