Look forward to free drinks and meals at 29 restaurant and bars in Grand Hyatt Dubai, Hyatt Regency Dubai and Park Hyatt Dubai! How does it work? For every 10 AED you spend in the participating restaurants and bars you will earn the equivalent of 1 AED reward. This is based on your total bill, excluding taxes, service charges and applicable discounts.

Whenever you return to any of the restaurants and bars you will be able to pay with your points on the spot. Your points will simply be deducted from your bill whenever you let your waiter know.

You do not have to call in advance to request your redemption certificates unless you wish to visit our spas or give your points to someone else. Redemption Certificates can be requested either online or by calling the Dine In by Hyatt service centre at 04 317 2211, which will be issued within 3 working days.

We request that you carry your new Dine In by Hyatt card whenever you dine with us as the collection and redemption of points can be done only on presentation of your membership card.

By logging onto our website you can check your account balance at any time. Simply enter your Dine In By Hyatt membership number in order to generate a password and to check your balance.
