Look forward to free drinks and meals at 28 restaurants and bars in Grand Hyatt Dubai, Hyatt Regency Dubai and Park Hyatt Dubai! How does it work? For every 10 AED you spend in the participating restaurants and bars you will earn the equivalent of 1 AED reward. This is based on your total bill, excluding taxes, service charges and applicable discounts.

Once you have spent a minimum of AED 1,800 and earned a reward of 180 AED you can request your reward certificate. You can check your account balance easily and quickly by logging on to your personal account.

All you then have to do is call the Dine In by Hyatt Service Centre, which is open from Sunday to Thursday 9 am until 6 pm. A rewards certificate will be issued to you within 5 working days. The certificate may then be used to partly or fully settle charges in one of the participating restaurants or bars in Grand Hyatt Dubai, Hyatt Regency Dubai or Park Hyatt Dubai within 3 months.

At any time you may redeem part or all of your accumulated rewards provided the balance exceeds AED 180. The rewards certificate is fully transferable however it cannot be redeemed for cash or tip nor will credit be given for any unused balance.
