Join us at Dine In by Hyatt

By joining this exciting new Hyatt programme you will

- Earn rewards when using selected restaurants and bars in Grand Hyatt Dubai, Hyatt Regency Dubai and Park Hyatt Dubai.

- Be able to redeem the accumulated rewards as a method of settling charges in the selected restaurants and bars in any of the three hotels.

How to Join

Membership to the Dine In by Hyatt programme is free of charge.

Just complete this application form or call the Dine In by Hyatt Service Centre and we will issue your card within 5 working days.

Earning Rewards

When you receive your Dine In by Hyatt card, you will start collecting your rewards immediately.

For every AED10 you spend in the participating restaurants and bars you will earn the equivalent of AED 1 reward.

Once you have spent a minimum of AED 1,800 and earned a reward of AED 180 you can request your reward certificate.

Currency Rewards Certificate

You can redeem your rewards by calling the Dine In by Hyatt Service Centre, which is open from Sunday to Thursday 9am until 6pm.   A rewards certificate will be issued to you within 5 working days.   At any time you may redeem part or all of your accumulated rewards provided the balance exceeds AED 180.

The certificate may then be used to partly or fully settle charges in one of the participating restaurants or bars in Grand Hyatt Dubai, Hyatt Regency Dubai and Park Hyatt Dubai within 3 months.

The rewards certificate is fully transferable however, it cannot be redeemed for cash nor will credit be given for any unused balance.

Your Currency Account

To view your points online, please go to http://www.dineinbyhyatt.com.  
Click onto generate password then enter your Dine In by Hyatt membership number. Your password will then be e-mailed to you immediately. If you did not provide an e-mail address on your application form you will be asked for your 7 digit mobile number (without the 050) which will verify your identity.  You will then be asked for your e-mail address and your password will be sent immediately.  Once you have received your password via e-mail you will be free to log in using your membership number and password.

You can both earn and redeem the rewards at the following restaurants or bars  at Hyatt hotels situated in Dubai.

Hyatt Regency Dubai
Al Dawaar, The Kitchen, Miyako, Focaccia, Shahrzad, The Bar, Carpenters Bar, The Premiere and Hibiki Karaoke Lounge.

Park Hyatt Dubai
Café Arabesque, The Thai Kitchen, Traiteur and The Terrace

Grand Hyatt Dubai
Awtar, Manhattan Grill, Andiamo!, The Market Café, Peppercrab, Wox,
Panini,Sushi, Vinoteca, Panini, MIX, Al Nakheel Lounge and Cooz.

Reward Collection and Redemption will not be accepted at the following restaurants or bars

Park Hyatt Dubai - Pistache, Lobby Lounge and Pool Bar  Hyatt Regency Dubai - Club Olympus Snack bar, Galleria Snack bar and The Galleria Lounge Grand Hyatt  Dubai - The Pool Bar.

The participating and excluded outlets are subject to change.

The Dine In by Hyatt card is not valid in room service, banquets, room accommodation, business centre, laundry or the spa in any of the Hyatt hotels situated in Dubai.
