Alternatively, request your redemption certificates to be sent by e-mail. Once you receive an e-mail from us simply print out the attached vouchers and hand them over to your waiter whenever you are dining.

* Please request your redemption certificates or prizes at least 5 working days in advance in order to make sure that you will receive them in time. The Dine In by Hyatt Service Centre is open Sunday to Thursday 9:00am to 6:00pm. Kindly note that redemption certificates expire after the period of three months and the terms and conditions for the Dine In by Hyatt programme apply.
