Q. How can I track my points?
A. Click here to sign in and track your points. Membership number and password is required to sign in.
Q. I do not have a password to sign in.
A. If you have registered for Dine In by Hyatt and received a membership number, click here to generate a new password.
Q. Generate password is asking me to enter an email address.
A. The password is generated by the system automatically. The password will not be displayed on the screen for security reasons. It will be emailed to you. If you do not have an email associated with your previous registration, the system will ask for it. To verify your identity, the system will also ask for your mobile number. Enter a valid email address, and mobile number entered while registration, to receive the password via email.
Q. I do not know my membership number.
A. Contact Dine In by Hyatt Service Centre.
Q. The password generated is hard to remember.
A. Sign in with the password generated by the system. Once you sign in, you will have an option to change the password to your desired. We recommend all members to frequently change their passwords.
Q. I forgot my password.
A. Click here to retrieve your password.
Q. How can I become a member?
A. Click here to register. Your registration request will be reviewed within 5 days and you will be supplied with the membership information.
Q. Can I change my email address?
A. Yes. Once you sign in, you will have an option to update your profile. Your request will be processed within 5 days.
