Q. Can my wife use my card?
A. I'm sorry but the card is not transferable however, your wife can of course also become a member.
Q. If I forget my card can I claim points if I send a copy of the check?
A. I'm sorry but we do not offer retro claims any longer. Please show your Dine In by Hyatt card to receive your points when dining in the restaurants.
Q. Can I collect points in banquets or the Spa?
A. I'm sorry but you can only collect points in participating restaurants and bars. Please find all participating bars and restaurants here.
Q. Can I use the card in different hotels on the same day?
A. You can use your card as many times you like in any Hyatt hotel situated in Dubai.
Q. How long will it take to get my card?
A. Within 5 working days.
Q. Can I claim retro points before I became a member?
A. I'm sorry, the day you become a member is the day you start to collect points.
Q. I have lost my card, how can I get a new one?
A. Please call the Dine In by Hyatt Service Centre so that we can issue a new card for your which will be sent to your postal address within the next 5 working days.

The Rewards Certificate

 
Q. How long will it take to get my certificate?
A. Please apply at least 5 working days in advance for your redemption certificate to make sure that you receive it in time.
Q. Is my certificate transferable?
A. Yes - it can be given to anyone.
Q. Can I use my redemption certificates to partly or fully settle the charges of Friday's brunch?
A. You can redeem your certificates every day of the year within 3 months after the date of issue.
Q. Can I have the certificate in some else's name?
A. The name on the certificate will always be the members name as they are the only ones entitled to redeem and the computer cannot recognise a non member.
Q. Do I need to redeem all my points at the same time?
A. No, you can decide how many points you wish to redeem. The denominations available are AED 50, 100, 250 and 500.
Q. Can I have more then one certificate when I redeem?
A. Yes we can issue more certificates: the denominations are AED 50, 100, 250 and 500.
Q. Do I get points when I use my certificate?
A. Points can only be collected when you pay your bill, excluding taxes, service charges and applicable discounts such as certificates.
Q. I forgot my username/password. How can I access my account?
A. Click here to retrive your password or call the Dine In by Hyatt Service Centre on (04) 317 2122 for any further support.
Q. I have changed my name or my address, how can I keep my profile updated?
A. It is important for us to have up-to-date information about you so that we can communicate with you regarding your account. Once you sign in, you will have an option to update your profile. Your request will be processed within 7 days.
